Cut out the largest square in a circle of ten centimeters in diameter. What's the remaining area? Don't use those letter formulas

The remaining area = garden area - square area
Area of circle = 3.14 times the square of radius
The area of the square is the length of the side multiplied by the length of the side, the diameter of the circle is the diagonal length of the square,
So: circle area = 3.14 × (10 △ 2) ^ 2 = 3.14 × 25 = 78.5
Side length of square = 10 divided by root 2
Square area: (10 divided by root 2) times (10 divided by root 2) = 50
The remaining area = 78.5-50 = 28.5
