There is no difference in essence
Look at the following derivation:
because
G=mg
M = P liquid V
So g = P liquid VG = f = P liquid GV discharge
The point is that P is different. If it's two substances, P1 doesn't equal P2
So that f is not equal to g
It's just that different conditions can be calculated in different ways
