好象記得peole也可以做單數用啊~那什麼情况下是做複數用？又在什麼情况下做單數用呢？

如果people為“人民”的意思時是不可數名詞，相當於複數.但是如果它意思為“民族”的時候呢就是可數名詞了，一個民族用單數，多個用複數.
