Is it possible to use both countable noun and uncountable noun after "such" and "so"? I know if it's many little fee, use "so". But if it's other adj, such as "so nice follows" and "such nice flows", are they both right or which one is right? So much water and "such many match", please don't copy an answer to those I've seen As long as the answer can not and do a simple description on it!

"Such" is an adjective that modifies a noun or a noun phrase. In my opinion, a sentence modifies a countable noun, but "such" does not mean quantity. It should be able to modify countable and uncountable. So is an adverb that can only modify an adjective or adverb, not a noun at all
