Square of M + 10m + 25 = square of X
X = m + 5 or x = - m-5
So perimeter = 2 * [3 (M + 5) + 2 (M + 5)] = 2 * (3m + 15 + 2m + 10) = 2 * (5m + 25) = 10m + 50
