A swimming pool is 50 meters long, 25 meters wide and 2 meters deep. How many tiles are needed to paste 4 square decimeters of tiles on the four walls and bottom of the swimming pool?

A total of 5 surfaces, the ground area is 50x25 = 1250 square meters, the end area is 25x2x2 = 100 square meters, and the side area is 50x2x2 = 200 square meters
So the total area is 1250 + 100 + 200 = 1550 square meters = 1550000 square decimeters
Then 1550000 / 4 = 387500 pieces

If a swimming pool with a length of 50m, a width of 20m and a depth of 2m is pasted with ceramic tiles, if they are all pasted with ceramic tiles with an area of 4dm2, at least how many such tiles are needed

First calculate the surface area of the child
(50×2)×2+(20×2)×2+20×50
=200+80+1000
=1280 square meters
Number of blocks required:
1280 △ 4 = 320 pieces

The natatorium has a swimming pool with a length of 50m, a width of 25m and a depth of 2m. The bottom of the swimming pool is pasted with ceramic tiles. What is the area of the ceramic tiles? What is the area of the cement plastered around the pool?

Tile area = 50 × 25 = 1250 square meters
Cement area = 2 × (50 + 25) × 2 = 300 square meters
