What are the specifications of several large resistors in Midea induction cooker?

I have checked more than ten drawings of Midea induction cooker. They are all 2 Watt resistors of 180K, 240k, 270k, 330, 470K and 510k. Let me show you the circuit diagrams

Why the variable resistor in the induction cooker works? Another problem is what the two transistors s855 and S885 do in the induction cooker. Please give me more advice?
What is the function of variable resistance of induction cooker

The triode s855 and S885 are the driving devices. A forward driving voltage of about 17V is injected into the g-pole of IGBT to make IGBT1 turn on saturated;
Adjust the variable resistance to the current detection terminal of the CPU. The CPU automatically controls the output of PWM signal by comparing the detected voltage with the set voltage, so as to achieve the purpose of automatically controlling the working current of IGBT
