How to draw an arc with radius 2700 and arc length 4241 by CAD

I usually draw like this:
First, draw a section of arc with radius of 2700 and any arc length to play an auxiliary role;
Next, the key step is to determine the end point of the arc: the cursor moves slowly along the pre drawn arc to capture its track. After capturing it (white fork appears), enter 4241 in the command bar and press enter to confirm. Finally, the original auxiliary arc is deleted

How to calculate radius when chord length and arch height are known
Chord length 2700

Let the radius of the circle where the arc is located be r
R²=(R-450)²+(2700/2)²
R²=R²-900R+450²+1350²
R=2025000/900=2250
