Inverse scale function

Inverse scale function

Inverse function, as the name suggests, is the dependent variable and independent variable on the line
For example, y = 1 / X. obviously, the inverse function is to change the dependent variable y and the independent variable x into x = 1 / y. for the sake of habit, we write y = 1 / X. of course, the range of definition and the range of value also need to be changed. Here, the range of definition and the range of value are not equal to 0
For example, the inverse function of y = 1 / (x + 1)
The solution y (x + 1) = 1, YX + y = 1, YX = 1-y, x = (1-y) / y ranges are all unequal and 0
So the inverse function is y = (1-x) / x, X is not equal to 0
